Has anyone bought/shot any of this in 110gr SP?
Its good stuff in everything I've shot except 6.5 Carcano has slightly undersized bullets. Get some!
Always been good!

Good stuff and most of their brass is made like a tank.
I do not know for sure, but I have heard that Prvi .30 carbine is made by Sellier and Bellot (kinda like Sears "Kenmore" brand is made by different people). I shoot S&B almost exclusively and love it.
Priv Partizan is NOT made by S&B. Priv is located in Yugoslavia,is the company that makes the Wolf Gold. The brass is some of the best around and great for reloading. While S&B located in Czech Republic, the brass in general leaves a lot to be desired for reloading as the primer pockets are shallow. They are the company making a lot if not most of Winchesters commercial ammo now.
Jim,
I believe it was Scott R that was trying out his new Chrono and Prvi scored high. I can't remember if it was SP or not. I printed off his results and have it tucked in a file. Will look for it if need be.
While talking ammo......Check out the $$ on this WCC repacked by EC in 44,

I have shot the S&B 7.62x39 in AKs, and even more of their 30 carbine. I haven't reloaded any yet, but have had zero malfunctions and great groups with the S&B in carbine. In my Ubderwood, it shoots almost the same POA as the LC I had. I have been getting S&B for about $20 a box in 500 round lots.
I tried Aguila, but it SUCKED! It shot very low due to 200 fps less than LC, and had several short strokes/failures to feed in the one box I tried. Wolf is fairly hot like S&B, but not as accurate. It grouped almost twice size what the S&B did. It was OK for plinking when it was cheap, but it is as expensive as S&B lately. I know they say the steel cases are hard on extractors, but we used steel ammo in WW2. The best I have is RP JSPs. I still have about 300-400 rounds of Remington 110 JSP. That is what I keep the carbine loaded with for a house/farm weapon.
IIRC,
No steel cased ammo was issued for anything other than training here in the states.

That 800 round can is pretty beat up too. Even if someone wanted one to add to a collection, they would look for one in nicer condition. And a lot less cost.
Shoot Wolfs!!!!!Have fun cleaning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Wha t little Wolfs I have tryed-.30 carbine,.45 apc-seems lower velocity and dirty.
Very dirty and smells like ammonia! I shot Barnaul in my AK. Much cleaner and more accurate than Wolf.
I shoot a lot of PRVI in 5.56 and it's great ammo. Wish I could find some .30 carbine...actually ANY .30 carbine!
Sellier and Bellot goes for about $200/500 on gunbroker. That is about as good as it gets: $20 a box.
I use the Partizan rounds for my M P 44 (Sturmgewer) in cal 7,92X33. I have no choice: Partizan is the only producer in the world for this caliber, but I must say it's good stuff. The brass is strong and well done. The price is not so good, but a comparison with another producer is obviously impossible.
Prvi at Aim Surplus $18.95
Has anybody group & gel tested the Prvi .30 carbine ammo ?
I mention that because Prvi .223 75 gn HP match is almost as good as Hornady and Black Hills in terms of target accuracy and putting holes in things. At around half the price of the other brands , that perfomance seems plenty good enough.
I just bought up 200 rounds of Prvi at my local store for $18 a box. I shot 50 last weekend and had no problems at all. They functioned flawlessly.
Today's (11/15) price at Walmart. Remmington 30 carbine 110 gr. MC (50 rounds) $24.97. American made ammo in an American made carbine, I think is worth the extra expense.
What do you think?
I don’t think I want to think about thinking about it now. I think I will think about thinking about it later.
You think!
I shoot the Remington .30 carbine BECAUSE I can always get it at Wally World! It is good stuff (about 40 fps slower than LC ammo) and I use the Remington 110 JSP in it as a home/farm weapon. I have my carbine sighted in for it, so I want something I can always get.
Split a 1500 rd case of Privi SP 30 carbine with a friend a few years ago. Ran 100 rds through my carbine to satisfy myself it was good, put the remaining 650 rds to the side. No issues and good accuracy. Would like to find some more at that price again.
