At least it comes with a barrel.
Oh, is that what he means by mount.;)
I REALLY like seeing one of us outfoxing fleabay who are a bunch of anti gun Kalifornication Lieberal granola eating, tree hugging, cappuccino swilling, rump rangers.
Good for Harry is all I can say.MORE guys should get creative and screw the epay scum and "E-Bay RULES"You see all of the vendors kissing a$$ with their pleas about how whatever widget it is that they hope to retire on being"compliant" etc.
Mind you epay has always been the refuge of the greedy anyway.I have ALWAYS just put what I think is a fair price on whatever it is I would like to flog and then post it here on the for sale forum.Admittedly I don't need to wring every last farthing(1/4 of an OLDE English Penny) out of whatever it is that I am looking to sell.I have never been greedy and cringe at some of the prices I see.JR
I was getting ready to ask 'what's a 'mount'. Then I realized it 'that' auction site. I have to hand it to him - that's pretty clever. Plus the fact that since it's 'General Motors' it goes on the auto side. Very cool - I probably would never have thought of it. I wish I had seen that earlier - I could use a spare barrel for my 4.9 and could have sold off the crummy Type I band.
I have seen them listed as tubes also. There is more than one way to skin a cat!
I thought it would go for more than that. I wish I could be that clever. They pulled three of my last listings. I guess they have become wise to "M1 Carbine Part" as an auction title. I should have listed my trigger as "M1 Carbine Finger Holder"
Let's hear it for creativity.
Nice to see someone get around the fools @ Epay.
She used to run that commie company and now she's trying to pass off as a conservative get tough on govt candidate for Governor. I hate all things Ebay and hope that someday those dopes get sued off the planet because of all of the internet crime done in their name. They do NOTHING about it and hide behind their firewalls. Every chance I get to slam those idealistic bastards I do it. It is amazing the way they just step away from any problem YOU might have with their stupid company and yet talk it up like they are a responsible company. "We simply put the buy and the seller together" and then some Russian steals your bank account with a phony Ebay email. It is a classic example of how business runs today and they can kiss my ....
iv been listing hammers as a latch, and a trigger as a catch.
so far so good,
had a couple pulled over the weekend,
had an obvious Bolt assembly shown..need to take more sneaky pics.
I wonder if sometimes it's another seller reporting the items. Ebay makes it pretty easy to do.
I think the same thing Greg, and there are some very unscrupulous people selling carbine parts these days.
You know that the 'eBay police' don't have a clue about one part from another, and I doubt they have filters that distinguish more than a few words such as 'assault' because they have thousands and thousands of other auctions and key words to keep up with.
I feel they rely a great deal on people reporting auctions. (JMO)
A while back I saw some barrels listed as projectile directors or something similar. As for Me I try to list M14 mag pouches and they get pulled.
This guy's title is "Bag of Parts" , but in the listing he clearly says that he is selling magazines. I've been watching them for a few days, looks like they're going to the end.
