Can anyone name what this is (Rustship you can't play)
OK, I wont play. But there are only supposed to be 2 of those known to exist!, so my question is who's is that?
There were 10 made by the president of National Postal Meter Chas R. Ogsbury to give to the War Department. This one pictured is his personnal copy and the other one that exist (2) both belong to me. They are filled with pictures of the plant and information detailing the production of the M1 Carbine by National Postal Meter. 42-36-1A
PBI, that is so neat!! Thanks for sharing some of your "History" portion of carbine collecting.....Frank:cheers:
Ok, it is obvious that the doctors did not use a standard medical stink... you had a portion of a demill carbine barrel installed instead...
Dude, you take carbine addiction to new heights!
We are truely not worthy.
He meant 'stent', the little tube device they put into an artery to keep it open and flowing. Unfortunately, I have one myself, but it beats the alternative.
Ok, ok, ok... I can not spell. At least I don't have carbine parts installed in my body......................... yet.
Tired got it right! it IS a stink, or a 2 inch section of a replacement barrel. LOL
Paul, I appreciate that. However, believe me when I say I can more than hold my own. I am more than capable of not only handling issues, I am very capable of creating issues as well... why, for my last "paid vacation" over seas, my home command was taking bets as to me creating an international incident with a foreign country we were NOT at war with! I behaved, like I promised. As far as these old farts? Thats why I refer to them as "ole' farts"!!! I'm just being polite to those who have more advanced stages of physical and mental deterioration than me.
Come to think of it, I knew I should have taken that bet...
