Whew!! Glad the garbage can was next to my computer, and that it was empty.
It could have been worse...it could have been a real rare one.
The scope is mutlifunctional. It's a carry handle and makes the slab of wood a formidable weapon. A rope could also be tied on for use as a boat anchor! Many possibilites with this one. :runaway:
He has a 'Custom' stock also...........

It does look sort of like it came from Planet of the Apes. I wonder how he did it, moved the trigger forward like that. There is some displayed cleverness in the conversion.
The scope mounts are tall enough that you would need to allow for the curvature of the earth.
As previously mentioned, some cleverness displayed but otherwise it's ruined a carbine

When I see these kind of bubba works I always think of the time and effort it took to mess up a classic firearm so much.
I saw an M1 carbine with scope rings welded on once at a gun show!
