Need some help with these stocks please

Bought a box of stocks and these two were in the group.
I beleive they are WRA, all stamps have been sanded off. Can anyone tell the the serial number range they would be correct for?

The rough inletting on the last stock could be a very late WRA WB but the front ferrule code is found in the WRA GHD group - still difficult to nail down. Both the late WRA WB and the WRA GHD used the large bottom screw hole. The plain P in the box is postwar either Red River or San Antonio, the serif P in the box is Augusta postwar. The RIA over EB is Rock Island and postwar too

H & 50 was seen on the 1" box a few times but does not make it only those. It was used during that time frame for sure. The other problem is the 50 has been faked out of California and this picture below is the fake stamp. They are not able to fake the op rod channel cut yet but have faked the V- notch like the two shots below. Rick B

I dont "think" anything on these have been faked on these, I took the stock ferrules off and there was years of dirt grease build up under it

Are there any others areas I can take pics of to try and nail down which stocks they actually are?

The one with the low arched underside may very well be a WB as RSC mentioned Stand them up and see if the one is shorter which would show it was cut down but keep in mind the WB's near the 1" box GHD's were made with the hinged butt plate. Rick B

I stood them up side by side and the "seem" to be both the same length
I dont know if it means anything or not but noticed that the butt is not cut out on the Short Channel like it is on the Long Channel

I used a magnifiying glass and can see remnants of a smaller box and Ordnanace Wheel but cant make out any letters

This Winchester buttstock photo shows some of the steps in converting the no-trap stock to used the trapdoor buttplate. When a stock is converted by the military, it will be 1/8 in to 3/16 inch shorter on the overall length.

far left is the original WRA WB no-trap stock

the second and third stocks have been converted to use the trapdoor buttplate

the stock on the far right is still no-trap and was in the stage of being converted

All the stocks are WRA WB

I took a soft brush and cleaned the end of the stock under the ferrule . Under the grime is what looks to be "A " and "J"
Does this help narrow it down?

Photo shows two Winchester WRA WB cartouched stocks with the factory trapdoor buttplate

The one without the edge having been cut down and the hinge marks indented deeply in it may be a no trap stock that had a minor modification done to it. Does the very bottom edge below the large hole have remnants of the Bird Beak or curved no trap plate that may have been on it? Rick B

Some early conversions left a gap at the toe when the new trapdoor buttplate was installed -
