Hi Andi, 24173-- Poyer puts it Dec. 1895 near the end of 92's run. SRS closest 24142 as a 92R 8th INF, 24195 They list as a 96R ( modified to '96 specs ?? ) CO C 4th OHIO VOL INF and 24196 (modified to '96 specs ??) CO K 4TH OHIO VOL INF. John

Hi Don, Poyer puts it around Oct. '94. Closest SRS 4862 & 4891 were both listed 8th INF. Can't help on the 24" barrel. but maybe someone else can shed light on it. Merry Christmas, John
