Welcome to the forum, there's a tutorial on posting pics here...have a look at it and it's not hard. Let me know if you can't manage and I'll try to help you...

If it has not been altered, is in fairly decent shape and isn't missing any parts, you better grab that for $350. If you aren't sure, better post some photos. Cut off switch is often broken but they make repros so not a deal breaker.
Most are in decent shape and price works. Post some photos, get yourself educated BEFORE you buy.
Good morning oh learned ones! Had a good nights sleep so I will now tackle the instructions for adding pix of the Amberg 71/84 Mauser, following the "stickie" about how to upload pictures. What's the easiest way to show multiple pictures, 10-12?
Thank you all.
Here are pictures of the Amberg Mauser for sale locally. I have him down to $300.00. I would love your reviews, comments, and thoughts as to whether it is a good buy? What your valuation of the rifle may be etc. I look forward to your responses.
I can't seem to get more than two pictures to the post. I'll add more in the next post.
Thanks a heap!
Need more photos than that, preferably a full length one, good photos of the significant markings. Any cartouches in the wood. The end of the rifle showing the stacking rod, magazine cap. $300 an even better price IF it's in original configuration and not beat to crap.
Finally got some pictures to load of the Amberg Mauser. Thanks for looking and your comments.
Here are some additional pix of the 1877 Amberg Mauser.
I know for me in Canada I would buy it for 300$. I am not 100% sure it is actually a M71/84, from what I can tell it is a M71, which was a single shot. From what little I know, I believe the M71s are rarer, though I could be wrong on that (at least from what I have seen for sale it always seems to be M71/84s for sale in Canada very rarely the M71s show up).
That's a single shot M71, they are rarer. I would buy it for $300.
I bought it today for $300.00! Yee, ha!!!!!
Now we need some nice full length photos. Walking into a shop here, I wouldn't have thought twice on that one, it would have come home with me at $350. (I would have asked if he'd take less first, you always have to ask}
Look at the pics of the muzzle end. There's no magazine under the barrel only a cleaning rod, not correct for an '84 conversion with the magazine in the middle. It seems to be a pure '74! Yes it's kind of rough but it has been through a lot. I would grab it quickly for $300. - Bill
You did very well. As said it is a I.G. M-71 far rarer than a M 71/84.
What is the year of manufacture? You will find it marked behind the bolt on the right side of the receiver.
Do all the numbers match? How is the bore?
