Where at?
Thats a long firing line!
Long line, fairly long hair;-)
Long lines...I observed a pistol range in Ft Lewis that had 105 firing points...imagine a range day of several relays? These guys look like army.
I wonder if its Camp Croft, Spartanburg SC. If it is, the water tower in the back view is in Mr. Smith's front yard.
Went out searching for it last year and found one of the firing points. Three hundred points if I remember correctly.
Talked to the above mentioned Mr. Smith and his son, boy, did they have some stories to tell about the Camp.

Correct!
There was a thing done not long ago it was either for Marlin or Remington lever guns where they lined up 1000 shooters with brand new guns and had them fire all at the same time to set a record a few things spring to mind as I would not want to be the RO even standing in the middle with a bull horn either end may not hear the commands. Anyway they did it by having loudspeakers strategically placed was pretty cool to watch either way a 1000 shooters all firing at once was pretty good to see. Just my usual thread spiral sorry chaps.:p
Henry donated the rifles for the event.
There was a link for it on TTAG, but I forgot to watch.
Will catch up.
Thanks g could not remember the maker.
