Great collection of Brooms. Is that a Mauser or Astra full auto one in the middle? Ray
Very impressive collection!
hello ray. that would be a 9mm schnell
Nice looking collection Henry, lots of coin collected there for sure. Those old guns are like artwork...you could pull a lock out and sit and examine all afternoon...hand fitted and hand blued...
Extraordinary collection. Thank you for sharing. :)
That is a gorgeous collection, some day I hope to own one of these beautiful pistols.
How about some more close up photos of them including the Schnell. Here's a recent thread on another site with photos of other Brooms, Ray

I remember an American movie, I believe from the 1970s, that had a bloke who was being chased (or chasing someone) using as Schnellfeuer. I had already known about them, but had never seen one in use. All I could think was, 'THAT is a nice bit of kit - wish I had one.'
i think you are thinking about thunderbolt and light foot, george kenndy was chasing clint eastwood
WOWZY WOW WOW!!! That is a beautiful collection on Broomies.
The guy on our next crew watch is going to be ****ed off with all this drool that now on my keyboard.

That’s a mighty fine looking collection.
What does the 9 on the grips signify?
that was branded either in the field or at the factory so the germans would not try and load and shoot 7.63 mauser, its a 9mm
There was another Eastwood movie using a M96 pistol, Joe Kidd 1972
Excellent, haven't had much internet recently so had the blinkers on, have to take the hat of to you Henry B for fabulous collection......
