Only found one there...is this it? It's 6K...? Civilian Marksmanship Program - Promoting firearms safety training!
The only thing going for it is the high wood stock. Other then that it's a typical rebuilt carbine. But 6K for this???????? Someone has more cents then sense.
Sorry I couldn't list this last night, had to bed down early because of a very early DR appointment this morning......

IS THIS A VERSION OF CARBINE MARCH MADNESS ?
CH-P777
I sold my mixmaster [mostly Inland] 3 yrs ago for $2500 to pay for new roof.
Just sold two all correct in original jump bags for $3,500 each. One highwood early features, the other low wood late features. I will say neither buyer tried to haggle the price. Maybe I was too low.
Wish you'd of offered 1 to me........

CMP selling one or 2 every now and then, I'm surprised they've lasted this long. Pretty soon there won't be any more. Madness? Maybe, but they are what they are....
Madness yes but not very smart. You can go on line and find better examples for sale for quite a bit less. But it's for CMP they will say but while that may be it's not very bright. Go on line, buy a better one and then donate funds to CMP and save money and your ahead of the game. Plus you can say you gave to the CMP. So then your a hero.
Wow, I have one that was found in a barn in Portsmouth, England in 1944, kept by the family until the death of the owner, sold to me and imported with State Department PM RSAT retransfer authorization in 2005. It's not mint but it's the only one I've had that's completely original and not a rebuild. I was offered 6k for it in Phoenix in 2010. The only problem is the ATF Form 6 has "not for resale" stamped on it!
It could only be worth 8k in the free world (non-CMP) if it belonged to someone important. Mine from CMP is a high wood.
