Are our M1 carbines on Biden’s list of guns to be confiscated.?
Yes...
That’s ridiculous...
That did not take long...anyone have a copy of the "list"?
It's mostly all right here
https://joebiden.com/gunsafety/
I recommend you read it if you haven't already. It includes banning all online sales of guns and gun parts. There of course is no definition of "Assault weapon", other than using that term interchangeably with "weapons of war".
I doubt he'll get it done to you folks, others have tried such...and failed. Not like us...
All M1 carbines were banned in New Jersey effective June 1 1991. There were political exceptions, such as police officers.... There was no "grand fathering".. They could be registered, but you cannot dispose of a registered carbine.
China Joe isn't in control. He's a puppet like Jeff Dunham's "Walter" His underlings will do everything they can to destroy gun rights. You might imagine AOC with her hand up Joe and mouthing "ban weapons of war". Meaning all. Plan accordingly.

Despite black guns being the target In NZ all semi Automatic centre fires were banned. Thousands of m1 carbines and Garands and Lithgow L1A1s were crushed. Crying shame... If you are a bona fide collector you can apply for an endorsement to keep them but they can never be fired and a critical part must be removed.
Wishing you all the best of luck. I hope The US doesn’t follow the NZ example
I can't see a blanket ban happening in the US, perhaps individual States will be given more powers to act as they see fit?
Seriously folks ... :banghead:
I'm getting really tired of posting the same thing over and over again.
Some folks either don't read our forum rules and "Terms of Service", or they do and simply feel that it just doesn't apply to them.
If you wish to discuss the politics of firearms ownership or the practices and policies of various governments attempting to control them, then please use the appropriate venue described in the thread titled Where can I discuss politics and gun legislation issues? (click here).
