I remember on the older forum. One of the posters had a web site with photos of his M-1 clip collection. I just picked up up a few interesting one's but no WRA's. Anyone can help. Thanks Frank Jr.

Thanks steel that's the site I was looking for. I found one of the clips with the "wheel" stamped into the center ring. Manufacturer unknown at this time. Frank Jr.
If it is like this clip, it is from Tiawan

Here is a chromed clip I picked up lately. I posted it on Ebay but got kicked off 'cause they say it's a "magazine". Now it's called a "follower spacer block". Shhsssh, don't tell Ebay.
I recently bought 192 rounds of HXP in the bandoliers/spam can, dated 1971. I was lucky and received seven "SA" marked clips out of the lot of 24 clips. Two of them were the large "SA" from WW2 era.
Yes steel that's it. Also got one with 58 stamped on it. Picked out one German one 74 with triangle under it. Also got four BR-W 1 that are painted in a light green color!!!!! Three with SA and a line under and six with small SA stamped on them. Frank Jr.
I just finished looking through the clip collection on line and I realized,,,,,,now I have to look at all my clips and research where they all came from too!
Does this ever end!!

I sure would like to find an "IMI" marked clip.
The very early SA clips are sometimes found with the following: large C or numbered 0, 1, 2 or 3 or even blank, like the early WRA all have the notches cut-out and a different web pattern on the back from the later clips
Somehow have about 30 of those International Silver Co clips. Most of the en-bloc clips I've got were derived in the 1970s. Saw a WEB page awhile ago with details, data and photos on collecting M1 Garand clips. Call me a nerd, but I found it interesting.
Bought two boxes of clips several years ago when Orest was selling them. Cleaned them up, sprayed oil on them, put them in gallon freezer bags, then large plastic bags, then in cardboard boxes, now out in the shed. Forget how many were in a lot, but there are hundreds and hundreds out there now. Some day, will have to dig them out and see if there are any collectibles hidden.

The different rib pattern and cut outs: I sold two IS about 3 years ago. The only two I have ever seen. They brought big money at the time.
Crap! At the same show a guy wanted to sell me a coouple IS(w/number) for $2 ea. I didn't they were rare(?)
They are not rare, they are common. The ones I wrote about had the early rib pattern and the side holes.
