Fruitful auction last night!

For years I have searched for a 1860 sword bayo for my 2 band enfield. Then I found it! For a mere $100., I got it. No scabbard but I found out that it was made in Soligen by the Germans for the English. It has a Soligen King's head on the sword.

Fits my Enfield like a glove! Now I have an extra 23 inches to use when I go deer hunting!

Also, picked up a beautiful theather (sp) knife with hand carved sheath. Lots of clear plastic, brown plasric , black plastic, and brass to make the knife purtty. I will put up images as soon as I have the time.
