A case of two bidders butting heads. Too much money and no common sense. I do not think it was worth anywhere what they paid for it.
Might be pretty rare. I don't see it in the 10 page list Jim Flavin compiled. My copy shows that file as created in 2006 and last updated in 2011. Was there a later update? - Bob
