the need for a S'G' update for the CC club was a project they were looking for someone to do-someone here energetic I will be glad to share fotos of my orig s'g' carbines. and can help with club connections for their data I think
Did anyone yet step up to do one?
Is there anything different/special about a prime in the 3629 range?
Normally, not. They're in the serial range normally associated with S.G.. If it doesn't have the locator hole on the left side it's a transferred receiver.
No locator hole.
Ok, it's possibly one of the SG made ones. From what I've experienced people who know prefer the locator hole style receiver for S'G' just a bit more than the SG one.
Thank you.
What a great post. Thank you for the fascinating information.
