Hi all, new to Milsurps .com but by no means new to firearms buying selling and collecting
trading and shooting. Looking forward to meeting more like minded members to chat with and share collecting stories. Retired now with more time to devote to my passion of collecting shooting firearms and motorcycle riding.
All the best
Dave
Hello from Idaho. Have acquired several surplus rifles over the years.
98k Mauser, code byf 44
2 Mosins, one hex, one round
1884 Trapdoor Springfield
2 1898 Krags, one full length, one with 24" barrel, probably a Legion or VFW rifle.
The Trapdoor and the Krags have been refinished and are shooters, not collectors.
Have been a member of another surplus rifle forum for several years, but it recently went off line and may or may not return.
Hi all. New to the hobby and wanted to find a good place to learn thingss
Hello, new member with a question. I have a .45 1911 serial number C26069, know it was made in 1915 but would like any other info someone might know. Its all o4iginal, I have the original grips put away in the safe. Handed down from my great grandfather. Any info would be appreciated.
Hi there. I registered a few years back and just lurked about here for a bit. I've collected military surplus rifles for the last 20 years or so. I'm mainly into U.S. and Commonwealth Military weapons, uniforms and equipment. I'd like to learn and help out as much as I can. Thanks for having me.
Hey all - I like to shoot, both hunting and targets. I used to reload alot when I worked second shift, I went to the range each morning. New job and family has kept me too busy.
I have a 1917 Enfield, plan to keep the full length stock, though its not the original stock. Have some other rifles to experiment with too. This looks like a good forum to learn from. Thank you in advance. Phil
Hello all,
Just picked up my first Enfield and thought I'd join your forum. I'm looking forward to being a part of milsurps.
I have only been into military surplus for a few years but enjoy every minute of it . Thanks
