I know they exist but I am trying to find a picture of a 1907 dated Enfield made/converted CLLE and 1907 Enfield made MLE.
Anyone a proud owner?

The stamps of a 1907-made BSA-rifle:
Attachment 113602
... and the oldest LSAC- and Ishapore-rifles I found:
Attachment 113643 Attachment 113644
... or are you looking for CLLE Mk. I I.P.?
They were produced in Ishapore since 1906 (1905?) - the production of Britisch CLLE first began in 1908 and most of them were made between 1909 to 1911.
From what I found it looks like there were a few 1907 dated Enfield CLLE produced. Just trying to find a better picture of it. Also hunting for a LSA and BSA Mark III butt cartouche without success. BSA should be out there, LSA is going to be tough!
Not being sure if this is what you were looking for, but in the Faris collection there were two ".303 S.M.L.E. Rifle Mk. IV Cond." First one is BSA 1893 made converted by RSAF Enfield 1907, also marked Enfield 1907 Cond. IV on the action. Skennerton described it as M.L.M. Mk.II converted to SMLE Mk. III.
He also lists a ".303 No.1 Mk III H, Australian Marksman Rifle" which is described to be originally manufactured by RSAF Enfield 1907, but converted by Lithgow 1937.
I have a picture of a 1907 dated SMLE Mark I*, II*, III, and IV, I know a 1907 CLLE exists but my picture sucks. A 1908 Enfiled MLE Mk I* exists so there might be a 1907 too? COVID boredom has me hunting.
Never saw a 1907-made CLLE, but now and here:
