I am not sure if my old mac is the problem or did some of the photos from the reference library disappear?
I cannot see some of the reference link's best post photos. I see a blue box a question mark. Why? Was the best part of this forum hacked? some links have photos others do not?
Or???? did browser switching remove the photos like what occurred on SRF? :banged:

I suggest that you carefully check the settings that you have your computer set to. It sounds like you have a setting either "checked" or "unchecked" that shouldn't be in order to see everything on this website.Quote:

Thank you It works on the neighbors computer so at least the library is intact. I reset safari and turned on and off the settings on the forum. No luck. I can see photos in the forum just not the knowledge library unless i use the neighbors computer to print out things a bummer:banged::confused::confused:

Have you got "Enable Java Script" checked under Safari preferences?
Yes that is checked, and on the forum in the general setting list the Show sig, show avatars, and show Images boxes are checked? Still no luck:dunno:
If you go onto your broadband provider, see if there are any "content blockers" checked. If so try unchecking all of them to start with. They can cause all sorts of problems.
Download and try another Browser other than Safari as latest to isolate the issue, although I use Safari on my MacBook Pro and it works fine.

Apparently my computer is blocking the photo imageevent.com albums. web page as a fredulant site and this is how Badger posted most of the photos by the image vent posting company. Getting closer:clap:
I need to figure out how a Mac blocks specific site as fraudulent or real?

Have you actually tried clicking on the question mark? If not try and see if the pic then appears.
I would like to thank everyone for all the comments and help. Here is the result after the computer wizard got a look. If you have an older Mac and have the El Capaitan operating system. Due to recent security up dates you may receive a loss of pictures from secondary posting hosts or see this message: "This connection is not private". Due to up grades the old operating system is missing about 25 % of the goggle searches & photos posted in this case by image event.com. It was just too old.
The solution was to update the operating system on old 2010-2015 Macs to a newer High Sierra operating system. With all settings kept as is, the new system allowed the pictures to show up in the Knowledge Library.
I no longer get blocked sites due to security up dates that the computer does not identify. No more notices, "This connection is not private" messages on some searches or to the photo host imageevent .com.
That was the fix. Now, I rarely see people thanking this forum for maintaining the Knowledge library. My special thanks to Badger & all the others that help maintaining this fantastic and important resource. All other forum users or researchers that use this wonderful resource are greatfull to all Milsurp members that work and post the Knowledge Library. Thank you all for you talent, knowledge & efforts. I acknowledge most people got cash to up date computers, but the old guys with nothing and all old junk may also be encountering the problem with older operating systems.
And the kids that can not change a tire, or fix a blown breaker ... show them a computer and Poof! its working with a fix.
