WW2 & WHAT IT BRINGS TO LIGHT TODAY
In 2016, an old lady died in Ruislip, London.
When her son was going through her effects they found this weapon along with 200 rounds and a list of people to be killed.
Why had she kept the weapon?
She worked at Bletchley Park during WW2 and in the event of a German invasion was to lead a resistance cell to kill collaborators.
In her effects she also had an assassination list - and some of those who might have collaborated might still be alive! Both are now in a museum.
Amazing but true!!
