It seems to have the standard follower assembly. The rounds double stack and both rollers are present.

All shortie Sterling magazines were converted from fuill-length magazines. It was a simple insert and a saw blade came down and chopped the unwanted part off. Then the usual tool used to spay the end turned them outwards - and that was about it! Springs were would in-house and poundage set to that of the standard magazine tension AT THE FEED LIPS.
As a matter of interest, some buyers wanted internal lips but Sterling said NO. If they folded INWARDS, it meant that the magazine could be inserted ar5e-about-face as they say in polite circles. So outwards they faced
