As the title says, sometimes its the little finds that make me smile, and re-enforce my belief in the good nature of people/Enfield lovers - Caught up with old timer fullbore shooter i have known for many years yesterday, lovely fellow, asked him by chance if he happened to have a No1 Mk111 nose piece/sight protector - ended up walking away with Lithgow nose piece, No4 sight protector (unsure of make - has broad arrow mark only) un-issued Savage No4 lower band, selection of blades and screws etc, and a un-issued Savage No4 Mk1 forend -offered him reasonable amount for all, all he would take was $5 for lot. A good day :)
