I would suggest posting photos so people get a better understanding of exactly what you are referring to.
I assume that the link in your post is your personal email address and not a link to pics. I am not inclined to click it since this appears to be your "maiden-post" and I don't know who you are.
Most were dumped, none were modified for the 1903/05 or new 30-06 rifles. The rod bayonet rifle handguard is longer than the standard and without a sight groove as it is very low profile.

I don't think anyone can answer your question about value until it can be determined if your handguard is original or not. Also there have been quality
repros and handmade repros without the clip inside. it would be extremely rare to find an original - which bring another question: who would need it ?
I would think that if it is an original in nice condition it should be worth $200 or $300 if someone would be interested
