I pick up this 1903 Springfield Mark 1 at a gun show in Oregon a few weeks ago. It seems to be correct as far as I can see. I wanted to get a Mark 1 before the price go's out of reach. I also have a nice Remington O3A3.

What’s the difference between a Mk I and the other models?
The ejection port in the left of the action, clearly shown in photo 3. These rifles were made to use with the semi-automatic Pedersen Device.
Does the Pederson device model make for more or less valuable piece? More or less desirable?
It has to have all of the Mark 1 parts still to make a big difference in price.
If memory serves, that would be the stock, the cutoff, the trigger, and the sear.
If those parts are missing (they were changed out during rebuild) then the value is pretty equivalent to a regular 1903.
Hmmm, methinks it belong in the 1903 Section.
Yes it should be in the 1903 Springfield section, I accidentally posted it here and didn't know if it could be deleted. After I discovered my mistake I posted it in the 1903 section. Thank you to everyone that posted here anyway.
