1907 Spanish Artillery Knife
Not a ton of information out on these but was issued to artillery and engineer outfits. Blade never sharpened so not sure how useful it would be. It is a little hard to see but it has a pressure clip on the top of the handle which holds/releases the bayonet from the scabbard. Not real easy to operate, would not want to have to get this out in a hurry. Almost takes two hands to push it and pull the blade out.

Nomenclature question: M1907
Thank you for these images of an excellent example of this model.
I've recently been lucky enough to win one of these Spanish blades
however I've not found much data (searching in English. )
I think the nomenclature maybe: " Machete Artilleria "?
Other questions ( without results )...
Scabbard leather? Cordovan?
Nickel silver hardware & attachments?
Forged crossguard?
