Bill Ricca historical research Pages

I read some while ago that Bill Ricca was retiring and unfortunately I have yet to congratulate him and wish him best regards. However, in the interim I have used his historical pages and information regarding grenade launchers and M1 Garand tools to identify pieces in my collection. I most recently went there last week as I wanted to double check some garand tools that I have had for awhile. When I went back today to document what I read, I noticed that the plug has been pulled and the pages no longer appear to be active. Unfortunately I didn't print the pages before they were taken down. Hopefully in the future he will allow someone to post his research pages to a forum as a sticky or buy them for the GCA or something. As were his forum comments, the information he provided in the pages was indispensable.

Unfortunately, Bill is not in good health.

Sad to hear. I have had a few dealing with him and he is a great guy.

Just type in Billricca.com and pick a day a year or so ago. You should be able to save the pages on your computer (Chrome: More Tools, save page as; Firefox: Save Page As; IE: File, Save as).

Bill recently told me that his ISP lost a bunch of his pictures. Sad, a great guy, no better advocate for USGI.
