good deal or not for this m1 carbine?

is it a good deal? i will bid highest about $720. please tell me what you guys think, any concerns you have about it.

i think 700 for that is alittle high. i know i wont get it for $650, that would be a miracle.

Although these things are not my knowledge specialty, it looks like it's never been fired. :thup:
