Which culminated them attempting to buy a Russian submarine for $35 million to transport 40 tonnes of cocaine, they even took happy snaps on the base to prove they were there to buy the sub.
They were also asked by the seller did they want missiles with the submarine but got cold feet on that suggestion of carrying nukes.
Finally the one who had to seal the deal is on the run from the cartel as he took the down payment of $10 million he still has a contract out on him .
