Nice looking refinished carbines. Not really a bad price if that is what you are looking. I would buy one before buying an AO or new Inland!
I think there trying to make them more Original than the past Carbines. Ever since Dean passed away Debbie and there Gunsmith have been buying USGI Carbines and cleaning them up and using more USGI parts.
I certainly wouldn't want the DGR's Authentication Stamp they offer in my wood.
A clean stock with no cartouche can look a little bare. I think Dean's offers this to prevent that bare look.

The round bolt is too early for a 5.6 Win. Too early for that slide too. Definitely worth $1400
At least they use the words "restoration" unlike most sellers do in this day and age. I don't know if it's worth 1495, but it's up there unless there's something about it we don't know about. I am actually close enough to DGR that I could go look at these if I felt like it. There's only one I'd be interested in, but I already have its near twin in my collection. Unless I feel carbine deprived soon I doubt I'll be making the 35-40 minute trip up here. Definitely some very nice carbines though.
