Anybody know of an acceptable substitute for the grat wire in a No.32 Mk3 scope? Luckily the vertical post on my scope is present but unfortunately the grat wire is long gone.
Hoping there is a replacement option out there.

The original spec is .0008 thick platinum wire.
I know Peter in England and Warren in Canada does work on them. PM them and ask if they have a spare piece.
I don't recall of someone in Australia or New Zealand that works on them, but I am half way around the world.
