Although it maybe "a dummy mag," it certainly is not one of the original "dummy mags" IMHO which made the Cooey M82 silhouette appear to be more like that of an Enfield No.4 Mk1. The one in your picture is much, much larger than the originals.

What year were those done? That looks like it was patterned off an FN mag.
