Did a bit of reading about Saw Sets, nearly a 1,000 patents from the mid-1800's in to the late 1920's...... IIRC.
I believe with the different size saw teeth, Jim's looks to be adjustable for them.
I'll stick with Saw Set Pliers, which may be maker marked in between the handles..... maybe made by Diston.
