Bonehill conversion Martini-Henry 22 rifle
Hello:
I am in need of some help. I have inherited a large-frame SMRC Bonehill conversion Martini-Henry 22 rifle. It appears, based on the markings, that it was originally a carbine made by H.R.B.Co. (I.C.1.)
I need to purchase a front sight (the base is there), the cocking indicator lock screw & a .22 extractor. I have searched high & low & have been unable to locate these parts in order that I may restore the rifle for one of my grand-sons. It still has the B.S.A. Co. #8 rear sight with multi-apertures.
If it helps, I have an original Mark I or Mark II Martini fore-end and/ or a Central #4 rear sight, sans base that I could put toward a trade.
Can any of you help me?
Thanks,
Jim
