From the color of the packaging, I think your ammo is probably from the 1970's or 1980s.
There is no telling the conditions (heat) it was stored in. (Though, 'Clean and Shiny' is a good sign).
Are these Factory loads or Reloads?
If they were mine, I would 'pull' a couple bullets - (a Quiet catridge and a Noisy cartrige) - and check the condition of the powder (smell, color, & how it burns).

I had about 100 military 220s given to me some time back and I immediately decided to use the bullets and cases but discard the powder and primers. I pulled them all and had the powders in all forms from crisp and new looking to returned to liquid form. The primers went out too and the cases all had a tumble and clean. The headstamps were everything from '99, '00, to probably 1930s... Some were clean and shiney inside but who knows what the powder was like. Ammo from 20/30 yrs back shouldn't be bad though. Some of those loads are going to be quite full and you might not hear movement...

Id be fine with the noisy ones and pull one of quiet ones and see what could be going on.

These are supposedly factory. The seller actually ran across more that he sold me too.
I did some looking and it seems the Hornady camlock bullet puller is highly reviewed and very cheap.
I’ll run over to Cabelas and pick one up.
I’ll definitely report back and with pictures too.
Thanks for the input, everyone!
