Can anyone ID the maker for me?

I have this Alf Parker - ized No4 1/2, and am quite puzzled as to the maker and year. The FTR info is quite clear, would this also be a Fazakerly make and what year? It's FB 24964.

Unless they changed the number during FTR, it would have been a Fazakerley originally - possibly 1943.

I suppose you've already tried, but you can nearly always make out the original Fazakerley electro-pencil marks under the rearsight. Oil the metal and then use a very bright light and a magnifying glass.
