Can anyone recommend a UK website where folks can list/buy/sell militaria for sale? I've seen one or two that have seemed mostly slick commercial sales from antique businesses but something more home grown would be nice.

I noticed that the Target Shooter on-line magazine had a section where they published a number of links to on-line advertisers and perhaps sources of militaria for sale.

When Ebay got picky about the items on offer, quite a few of the sellers moved to 'Specialist auctions', where there seems to be quite a thriving militaria market:-

I've bought a few items there at good prices, but have no experience as a seller.
