N0. 4 Mk1* at the range, interesting results
I took my two grandsons to the range today. They are 12 & 13. One of the rifles they fired was my 1942 Long Branch N0. 4 Mk1* I had some 174 grain loads that I had made up, and some 150 grain loads that I had picked up at a gun show.
The first pic shows a group my 12 year old fired, using the 174 grain loads.

This pic is of a "group" fired using the 150 grain loads.

Obviously a problem with that one. Guess I'll stick with the 174s.
The kids had a great time and so did I. They also fired my 1896 Krag sporter, Norinco 1911A1, and Stevens Crackshot 26 single shot .22 rifle.
