Would be interesting to know the head stamp code.
Box label has MF on it - so Footscray 1958?
Not sure what the 15/35 deal is, but I would go with a Footscray post-war repack.
Looks like an error on typeset and poor proof reading on the labels....
Most definitely Footscray still worth preserving not only for the complete full packet but the typo, I have a 15 round unopened packet of WWI 303 cartridges the packet is stamped 1915 or 16 with a cloth band sealing the packet you can if judiciously lifting one side of the top flap make out the RN tips of one set with the WWI charger clips of the others
