That would probably be in French? Arms would be the same or similar to normal French military.
I've got this book on the FFL but it won't have all you want.
I have a couple of books on the Legion. Not sure where they are or if they cover weapons. Will see if I can find them but will likely take time.
Information on French weapons states that the Berthier Mle 1907 and later 1907/15 were issued during WW1 to Colonial units
and Foreign Legion
Found one of my books, the larger one. "The French Foreign Legion, A complete History of the Legendary Fighting Force" by Douglas Porch.
No weapons section but they are mentioned here and there. One notable is that they were using Lebels and MAS 36's in Indochina in 1950. The weapons were being dropped in bundles and the troops went in with a fighting knife. Doesn't sound very efficient to me. Mentioned shortages of firearms.
Dien Bien Phu (NW Viet Nam 1954) Foreign Legion used alot of WW2 US small arms, MAS 36 and CR39 rifles
Interesting.....its for a good author who is doing detailed drawings on weapons of the ffl snce formation. He knows the archives at Marseilles are formidable and is scheduling a visit to them there and Paris.
There is NOTHING definitive at all even in my FFL books, just mentioneed very widely!!
But surely the F.F.L. Museum would be able to help? Or perhaps you have tried them already? French Foreign Legion Museum - Wikipedia
