I've had this M95 Mannlicher in 8x50 for a few years. It has no military proofs or markings that my other m95's have. Just the "k" denoting Steyr manufacture. Serial number is under 1,000 with no...

I do not see any Belgium proof marks on the stock just these little shields with what I believe is RA inside them. I have a feeling this is not a Belgium stock. Any clue what it could be? Thanks.
I found some info here. More pictures will be added

I picked up a 1918 DWM Gew 98 at a gun show last week. Saw the awesome looking rear sight and just had to have. Its non matching and looks to have been reworked by the force match bolt and sanded...
Well I received my M1 Garand from the CMP today. I sent an order with a Sticky that said " send me something cool" I also added a 50 dollar donation as I believe in the CMP's mission. Anyway, here is...
Thank you so much. Crazy how much information you can get off this place. For future reference does this make the rifle more valuable than a run of the mill Spanish Mausers
I don't know much about Mausers really. I am more of an Enfield guy. Anyway, what do you see that points to that? I actually think it's cooler being a Boer rifle than a Spanish rifle. Tell me what...
Yes it is in military configuration. Could this possible be a Navy Rifle that made it back to Spain and was restocked?
That did cross my mind but look at the marking on the stock. You can almost make out Oviedo.
Here are some pictures
I can assure you that the receiver has not been scrubbed. It is just unmarked. Getting my brother to take pictures today. Hopefully they will be up soon.
I’m currently at college and the rifle is back home. I’ll get some up eventually. From what I’ve read, these were navy contract rifles. I also read that in the Mauser Book there are only 10 Navy...
Hello. I've had this Mauser in my safe for a while and I cant find much info about it. Its a DWM all matching, no import mark, and there is no crest on the receiver. There is a marking on the stock...
The wood was the hardest part for me to find. I actually found 2A stock for cheap and cut out some wood for to make it fit and shaved some off for the mag cut off. I thought this would be an easy...
Here is a before and after of a 1907 BSA Enfield I have had the joy of trying to restore.
When I first started all I had was a barreled action. It has taken a lot of time searching for parts. I...
Has anybody inletted a standard stock to fit for the volley sights and mag cut off? If so was it difficult? If not, I’ve got a MK1 that needs all the bells and whistles.
Thanks, Cameron
I have been on the hunt for a stock that has a inlet for a magazine cut off for quite some time. I just found a 308 stock for cheap that doesn't have the inlet. Figured I may as well have my...
In two days I have come across 2 p1907 bayonets. I believe I did well on them for just over 100 dollars for the pair. I don't know as much as I should about these. Any input will be appreciated.
Here is my restoration project so far. New Wood, Magazine, Sliding Charger and even a nice Parker Hale Sight. What do Y'all think of the before and after.
I picked up this 98k today. Its a BNZ 44. No Import Mark, Pin Marks, or the typical X seen on captures. It is however missing cleaning rod and hood sight but not the locking screws. Serial numbers...
What about that there are no waffenamts?
Here i have pictures of a 44 bnz. Is this just a typical run of the mill capture? Here are all visible markings. I've heard that these could possible be SS contract rifles. I see nothing that would...
Hello, I just got my Rack Grade Winchester M1 garand from the CMP. Here are some pictures of it along with the drawing numbers. I am no M1 Garand expert so if anybody has a clue what these mean...
So I stumbled across a Front Volley sight missing only the little aiming bead on the pointer. That being said, Its a P14 sight. I do have a lee enfield sight plate laying around I would like to swap...
Where can these be found?
