    Thanks for posting pics, my LSA I*** was overhauled at Enfield too but it kept its LSA buttstock. Sounds like a similar history to yours, though. The serial is interesting, mine is a “K” suffix.

    Interesting. The cog wheel on mine is stamped over another English (I think) inspection stamp on the rear sight. The sight is serial matched to the rifle.

    I believe they didn’t start marking FTR on the receivers until after WWII. I’m sure someone more qualified than me can verify that. ;)
