Sorry to resurrect an old thread.
Here is my Enfield 223 conversion using a 5 rounds CZ527 magazine:

It hold five rounds.:)
Follower does not tilt.
Except the spring which is a section of used AR15 mag spring the whole thing is scratch built from...

it feeds and extracts flawlessly :dancingbanana:
But I am still working on the spring loaded ejector :crying:
