Wow that one nice update limpetmine!!
Welcome Suddsy! I think I just saw what your looking for over on Canadian Gun Nutz.
I've been very lucky in my 25+ years of collecting Enfields to be able to stock my small collection with some very nice examples of rare Enfields. The one that eluded me for many years though was an...
$275.00 WOW! That's an amazing price! I've seen two for sale recently, miss-matched, asking $900.00CDN.
Welcome to Milsurps.com!
Even if there was would you go???

I would have to agree. I have seen two or three more recently. I seem to remember someone else here on Milsurps having one in the same Sr.# range as well.

It took a long time for me to get my first one. Now up to...
I got this rifle about 20 years ago here on Vancouver Island.
I think I paid about $300.00 for it back then. To date it is the only one like it I have seen but on the Island the number of Milsurps...
Faz or BSA?
My '47 Faz was issued but my BSA (M47C) is unissued and is unfired. The collector I bought it from removed the cosmo. and unfortunately had in a display of Enfields that he dragged...
I’m not as interested in the SMLE as the No.4’s but I think I might be able to find a spot for that one on the rifle rack…..
It’s always a thrill to fill all the little pockets and find that one missing accessory!
I think we also now see why the price of No4.Mk.1(T)’s has risen so steeply in that you seem to be hording...
Well Brian let me just say OMG! That is one hell of a first post! Your L42 leaves me speechless. Thank You.
It doesn’t have to be much. That’s the wonder full thing about this being your Holey grail…It’s what ever you desire most!
Nice group shot there son.
I haven’t seen a Slazenger .22 Hornet before. Are they common in Australia?
How about a few details on the one at the top with the bipod?
These are some fantastic replies so far people! The truly wonderful thing about collecting Lee Enfields is the amazing number of variations. It’s also interesting how Enfields of local manufacture...
:lol::rofl::lol::rofl:
WOW these are some incredible replies. I'm obviously in the company of some very advanced (and well healed) collectors here! I asked the question as “what is your Hole Grail” because it doesn’t mater...
What is your Lee Enfield Holy Grail? That one Enfield you have or would just about give anything to have and why?
For me it’s the 7.62mm L42 sniper rifle. At one time it was a No4(T) but I managed...
