I can not find any markings on it. It's very worn with a lot of cracking.
I'm in the process of negotiating a deal on a garand and I didn't notice a manufacture on the leather sling. If the deal goes through, I'll post pictures of the sling to help with the ID.

They are post war D tip slings. Just was not sure which material was used first. The brass or steel after they switched from the C style tips.
I have 2 slings marked MRT one with black steel tip and the other is black brass tip.
Which one would be the earlier version or was the matirial based on the manufactor?
