well as it was once pointed out to me, krag jorgensons in the USA inventory used a 150 grain round nose fmj.
where do these bullets exist?
150 and 170 grain fmj round nose for the .308 family? correct bullet for a lot of our rifles.
Also 170 grain FMJ round nose is the lawful bullet in a 30-30 case...
