No problem other than operators who have no idea about firearm safety. For example, while live firing red flares (that is all they could spare for training) they were firing horizontal to the ground...
We still use the no.4 pistol in Air Traffic control and in the runway caravan but they are being replaced now. Hopefully the controllers will have a better idea of safety with its replacement.
