Serial number is 54188
Here are some pics of the rifle. I think the bolt has been renumbered probably long time ago.

What's the signification of a daisy flower on the bolt of an Enfield P14 made by Remington, no asterisk on the receiver. I don't have any pics, sorry.
Here's a pic of the sling in question. No markings.

I would like to know if it's possible (legal) to sell Lee Enfield parts from Canada to USA?
Yes I know, but I already have a No.1 and a No.4 I don't need more, the price for this rifle was so good that I could not refuse.
I have this Lee Enfield no1 mk3* lithgow 1941 FTR 1957, the gun is in pretty good shape, I'm not sure but the forend used during the FTR (or by someone) comes from a cadet rifle because there are...
P14 and Lee Enfield No.1 rear swivel assembly are the same?
I will use wood dowel, for the brass screws my first idea was to hide them, you drill a hole just big enough to hide the screw head.
Thanks for the replies, I really appreciate that. Is it possible to use brass screws instead of wood dowels to repair the crack? And for glue Titebond III is good enough?
Newbie comments.

Where I can find P14 stock brass disc?
Photos of two P14 floor-plates they are both more rounded than the one in post 22.

The above floorplate have squared corners so it's a P14 in a P17 stock with P17 bottom metal.
So the trigger guard floorplate assembly is the same for both gun?
The floorplate/trigger guard area of a P14 in a P17 stock look like this? Number "339" is stamped in the stock.
