Well it is mine, appears to be correct with the exception of the mag catch, bolt group, and front sight.

I was wondering if someone here might be able to help me. I am looking at a 4,830,xxx Quality Hardware carbine, it has a flip sight(GE-Q) with no sign of stake marks. Riesch says type III usage...
