It looks very shiny, I noticed that too. The rivets on the frog look too new as well. I was wondering if they person I bought it from put leather conditioner or something like htat on it before...

I just picked this bayonet up and I would like help in properly identifying it. This is my first edged weapon, but I have a few Enfield's in my stewardship. ;)
