Colin scope 2647c is way out of the normal range. Is it a legit serial number for an REL scope?

Serial number was actually 90L8212 which I now own and was reunited...
90L8069 and matched scope 219-c, with matching canvas carrier and with cdn transit chest, now the property of Jawes :)

I now have 90L8067 and it is marked/missing scope 35-C :crying:
