APEX has a 3 pack....or recently did. Mk2, Mk3 and Mk5 parts kits. Mine is due to be delivered today. Hopefully they sent me a British Mk5 and not a Paki version.

Pictures help. You might have better luck over on the Mossberg section at Rimfire Central. 2 threaded holes are for the mounting block the rear sight attaches to. If the block is missing, good luck...
